Which European country entered world war 1 as a part of central powers but later switch to the allies in 1915

Belgium

Italy

Japan

Russia

Verified Answer :

The correct answer is Italy.

Italy switched sides in both wars, actually. Both times it switched sides from the loosing side to the winning side, that is from Germany and Austria's side to Great Britain and France's side. In the first War War it didn't take any military actions on the Germany and Austria's side.
