The correct answer is B. It is a single-stranded molecule. It does not lack phosphate group but rather has a different one so there's also 4 but they're a bit different. Unlike the DNA that is a double spiraling strand, the RNA is just a single strand that goes on and on. Although similar, it does completely different things from the DNA.
