The solubility of potassium
chlorate (KCLO3) increases as the temperature increase. The increase in
temperature is only applicable for most ionic and molecular solids. Since
potassium chlorate is an ionic compound, this rule applies to it. The
solubility however of other substance such as NaCl doesn’t change when you
increase its temperature.
