Which is the better buy? Find unit rate for each price.

18 oz of jelly for $1.99.

1.99 ÷ 18 = 0.11 
$0.11 per oz

24 oz of jelly for $2.99.

2.99 ÷ 24 = 0.12
$0.12 per oz.

24 oz ff jelly for $2.99 is the better buy because you save a cent on each oz of jelly!
