I believe that this photo is a picture of the Florence Cathedral, which was made by Arnolfo di Cambio and Filippo Brunelleschi.

The building represents Italian Gothic. It is the fourth largest Church in the world, and is a famous landmark in Florence, Italy.

Since the building process was assisted by Filippo Brunelleschi, your answer should be D) Brunelleschi.

The correct answer is D.

Florence Cathedral is the episcopal seat of the Archdiocese of Florence, Italy.  It is a design of Filippo Brunelleschi and is considered as one of the masterpieces of Gothic art and the first Italian Renaissance.  Its name, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, refers to the lily, symbol of Florence, or the old name of the town called Fiorenza.
