Jim and Jo both ate 9 bananas and what I did is add 6+3 = 9. Now I am going to figure out how many Jack ate by adding 9 +5=14. So:

Jim ate 9 bananas
Jo ate 9 bananas
Jack ate 14 bananas

I hope this helped  :)
