let x = cost per 1 download (rate of cost per download)
now we set up a proportion:
\(\frac{1}{8} = \frac{x}{10.32}\)
1 download
OVER
8 downloads
EQUALS
x (see top for x)
OVER
$10.32
when we cross multiply, we get
10.32=8x
divide both sides by 8 to get:
1.29=x
so the rate of cost per download is $
1.29
