The correct answer is the fourth option, Hangzhou. The Song Dynasty is divided into two distinct periods, Northern and Southern. During the Northern Period (960–1127), the capital was the northern city of Bianjing, now Kaifeng. The city of Lin'an, now Hangzhou, was the capital of Song China during the Southern Period (1127-1279), after the Song lost control of its northern half to the Jurchen-led Jin dynasty in the Jin–Song Wars (1125-1234).
