The correct answer is - C) he was the first Roman Emperor to convert to Christianity.

Emperor Constantine is best known for his actions concerning the Christianity. In the year of 313 with the issuing of the Edict of Milan, he made the Christianity legal for practicing throughout the Roman Empire, which put an end to the exile, killing, and suffering of the Christians on religious basis. Not only that he made this religion legal, he also was the first Roman Emperor that converted to it, thus becoming the first Christian Roman Emperor.
