This was international agreement signed by Germany, France and the United States in 1928, and its goal was to prevent another war and to promote peaceful ways of solving international disputes. It was named by the persons who wrote it: United States Secretary of State Frank B. Kellogg and French foreign minister Aristide Briand. Unfortunately, the world wasn't ready for the agreement like this, and the greatest war in human history started just one decade later.
