The trait that is not a desirable quality in anyone, let alone a primary care physician is presumptuous. The correct answer is C. Presumptuous means arrogant, impertinent, someone who assumes something without making sure they are correct. It is very desirable for a doctor to be interactive, courteous (=polite), and empathetic (=compassionate), but not presumptuous because nobody likes that.

The correct answer would be C. The definition of presumptuous is the act of failing to observe the limits of what is permitted or appropriate. In a primary care physician, you want someone who is empathic, courteous, and interactive. They will care for you in the right way, and not cross the limits in which a person who is presumptuous would.
