Simply decline the suggested idea and do not derive from that answer if the aggressor becomes overly forceful then the best solution is to walk away.

Just when they try to get u to do it u just have to think so do i really need this person or these friends and say what u think in a nicer way and if they cant except it then they dont deserve u
