if you divide a fraction by another fraction, this is equivalent to mupltiplying by its inverse:
so \(\frac{4}{7}\) divided by\(\frac{7}{8}\)
is equivalent to
\(\frac{4}{7}\) multiplied by by\(\frac{7}{8}\)
which is
\(\frac{4}{7}* \frac{7}{8}= \frac{4*7}{7*8}= \frac{4}{8}= \frac{1}{2}\)
so the answer is \(\frac{1}{2}\) which is also 0.5
