\(\frac{3}{5} = 0.6\)

\(\frac{0.6}{1} = \frac{10}{x}\)

\(0.6x=10\)

\(x= \frac{10}{0.6}\)

\(x=16 \frac{2}{3}\)

16 complete bowls or 16 2/3 bowls
