the average bird has 1 beak and 2 wings, therefor the ratio of wings to beak for 1 bird is 2:1 or 2 to 1
in a flock, it would be no different, there would still be 2 wings for every beak exg
10 birds=10 times 2=20 wings and 10 beaks, 20:10=2:1

the ratio will be 2:1 or 2 to 1 (the answer is A)
