The circumference of the cylinder(top circle):
\(8 = 2 \pi r\)
Solving this we get r = 1.27
The formula for volume of a cylinder is\(V = \pi r^{2}h\).
Since the height is 5(aka the width) and the radius is 1.27
\(V = \pi * (1.27)^{2}*5\)
We then get the Volume is 25.3225 the we round to the nearest whole number which is 25.
