\(y - y1 = m(x - x1)\)

\(y - (-1) = \frac{4}{3} (x - 9)\)

\(y + 1 = \frac{4x - 36}{3}\)

\(y + 1 = \frac{4x}{3} - 12\)

\(y = \frac{4x}{3} - 13\)

\((y-y_{1} )=m(x-x_{1})\)

\(m= \frac{4}{3}\)

\(y_{1}=-1\)

\(x_{1} = 9\)

\((y-(-1) )= \frac{4}{3} (x-(9))\)

\((y+1)= \frac{4}{3} (x-9)\)
