Oftentimes the president appears on television handing out awards to American citizens. Which of the president’s many roles BEST fits this responsibility?
In my opinion, the Head of State would fit this role because chief executives enforce executive orders, commander in chief commands military forces and leaders of foreign policies deal with international policies.
