3/5% as an original decimal
\(\frac{3}{5} percent = \frac{3}{5}* 100 = \frac{60}{100} = 0.6\)
It's hard to tell for sure exactly how the fraction should read. Here are two different ways:
(3/5) % = 0.006
(3) / (5%) = 3/.05 = 60
