\(log_3(\frac{1}{9})=\frac{x}{9}\\ \\ log_33^{-2}=\frac{x}{9}\\ \\ 3^{\frac{x}{9}}=3^{-2}\\ \\ \frac{x}{9}=-2\\ \\ \boxed{x=-18}\)
