I believe you're talking of the Diet of Worms, which took place in the city of Worms in 1520 (option D).

Worms is a city in southwest Germany, today with 80 000 inhabitants.

The Holy Roman Emperor Charles V summoned Martin Luther to
hear Luther’s claims as expressed in the Ninety Five Theses and the meeting
took place in the city of Worms.  So for
the given question, the correct option is option “D”. The Diet of Worms took
place in the year 1527. It was an imperial diet of the Holy Roman Empire. Many
imperial diets took place at the city of Worms, but the Edit of Worms was the
most important among all the diets.
