1-9 would be 9 numerals
10-99 is 90 pages of 2 digit numerals = 180 numerals
100 to 199 is 100 pages of 3 digit numerals (not 99 pages as some might think)
That adds 300 numerals to our answer.
Finally pages 200 to 225 adds 26 (not 25 pages) more 3 digit numerals which is 78 more numerals

So we have 9 + 180 + 300 + 78 = 567 numerals in all
