                                      3 (x - 2) < or = 1/3

Divide each side by  3 :   (x - 2)  < or =  1/9

Add  2  to each side:            x    < or =    2 and 1/9

3 (x−2)  ≤ 1/3

Simplify both sides of the inequality.

3x − 6 ≤ 1/3

 Add 6 to both sides.

3x − 6 + 6 ≤ 1/3 + 6

3x ≤ 19/3

 Divide both sides by 3.

3x/3  ≤19/3/3

x ≤ 19/9
