The correct option is "Latin America"

In 1965, the Immigration and Nationality Act was sanctioned. By equalizing the immigration directives, the law gave rise to a new immigration from extra-European nations, which has changed the ethnic composition of the United States. Immigration doubled between 1965 and 1970, and doubled again between 1970 and 1990. The most dramatic effect was to orient immigration from Europe to Asia and Central and South America.
