Final answer:

The offer presented was accepted and fulfilled with consideration in a unilateral agreement.

Explanation:

Unilateral or bilateral offer: This scenario involves a unilateral offer where the student promises an "A" in exchange for saying nice things about them.

Definite, intentional, and communicated offer: The offer is definite as it clearly states the condition for receiving an "A". It is also intentional and communicated to the tutor, setting the terms of the agreement.

Offer accepted: In this case, by stating "Professor Rodriguez is a great professor" to the university president, the tutor accepted the offer made by the student.

Consideration: The consideration here is the tutor fulfilling their end of the agreement by speaking positively about the student, which is a valid consideration for the promised "A" grade.
