why is 4/8 bigger than 5/12
because if you looks at a fraction bar, 12 is smaller with 5 pieces. But 8 is bigger
Half of 8 is 4(4/8)And half of 12 is 6(6/12)So 5<65is smaller so it is smaller than 6/12
