Well, not counting water, i would guess "The Colorado Plateu."\(~Why~?\)~Because The Colorado Plateu has really straight wall. (meaning its really steep)
I would actually say mountains because it has ribs and crooks, making it hard for people to climb. And especially the rocky mountains.
