we have to find LCD (lowest common denominator)
in this case it will be 60 i think
\(0.5=\frac{1}{2}=\frac{30}{60}\)
\(0.65= \frac{65}{100} =\frac{13}{20}= \frac{39}{60}\)
\(\frac{2}{3}=\frac{40}{60}\)
\(\frac{3}{5}=\frac{36}{60}\)

now it should be easy

\(\frac{40}{60}>\frac{39}{60}>\frac{36}{60}>\frac{30}{60}\)

so:

\(\frac{2}{3}>0.65>\frac{3}{5}>0.5\)
