I just learned logarithm and I think the answer is B.
\(A) \frac{1}{2}^{x} = ( \frac{1}{2}^{2} ) ^{30}\)
So A is 60.
\(B) 2 ^{x} =( 2 ^{4} )^{16}\)
So B is 64.
\(C) 3 ^{x} = (3 ^{3} ) ^{20}\)
So C is 60.
\(D) (2^{2})^{x} = 2^{120}\)
So D is 60.
Then B is the biggest.
