I NEED help on this problem
Ok so you multiply -3 on both sides so on the right it is -48 and then the left the -3 is cancelled out and so you are left with -6+c . You add 6 on both sides and so it is -42=c so c=-42
16 = (-6 +c) /-316/1 = (-6+c)/ -316 x -3 = 1(-6+c)-48 = -6 + c-c = 48 -6-c = 42:-1 :-1C = -42
