I'm not sure this is right, so please don't be mad if I got this completly wrong, but I think this is how you do it.  \(\frac{ 10q^{6} r^{8} }{ 24r^{5} t^{2} q^{3}}\) next divide  \(\frac{5}{6} q^{3} r^{3} t^{2}\)
