\(( x^{2} +12x+36)+( y^{2} +6y+9)=0+36+9\)
\(( \frac{12}{2} ^{2} ) =36 : ( \frac{6}{2}^{2})=9\)
\((x+12)^{2} +(y+3)^{2}=45\)
\(x^{2} +y^{2}+12x+6y=0\)
