You need to use the order of operations PEDMAS

P=Parentheses
E=Exponents
D=Division
M=Multiplying
A=Adding
S=Subtracting

\(12(2*3-.5)+10\)

Do whats in the parentheses first and use PEDMAS by multiplying first then subtracting

\(12(6-.5)+10\)

\(12(5.5)+10\)

\(12*5.5=66\)

\(66+10=76\)

\(Answer=76\)
