1) 0.4 x -5 + 6.1
2) -2 + 6.1
3) -4.1
Therefore, the answer is -4.1

.4x-5=-2
-2+6.1=4.1

Pretty sure it's 4.1......but you might want to check other answers. Been a while since I've done this stuff.
