Here, just substitute the value of y from 1st equation into 2nd equation, 
x - 1/4 y = -1
x - 1/4 (4x - 4) = -1
x - (x - 1) = -1
x - x = -1 + 1
0 = 0
L.H.S = R.H.S

As both sides are equal, the system of equation has "Infinite many solution"
