4k+6 is greater or equal to -14
4k is greater or equal to -20
k is greater or equal to -5 <-- answer

It helps if you think of the greater equal then sign as and equal sign. Imagination. Then solve it like a normal equation. First thing I would though, is add the like terms of k together.
