u have a 90 degree angle....so ur 2 angles add up to 90 degrees

x + 5 + x - 5 = 90
2x = 90
x = 90/2
x = 45

so ur angle x + 5 = 45 + 5 = 50 degrees
and ur angle x - 5 = 45 - 5 = 40 degrees
