In a Triangle, we know, 
Tan Ф = P / B

For small Triangle, Tan Ф = 4/6
For large, Tan Ф = x / 15

So, x/15 = 4/6    [ As Ф is same ]
x = 15*4 / 6
x = 60/6
x = 10

In short, Your Answer would be 10 Feet
