Evolution is the process in which new species come into being, and is also a common term used for the history of speciation on the planet. Natural selection, on the other hand, is the mechanism by which evolution occurs.

Hope I helped! (:

Answer:

Natural selection is a mechanism of evolution.

Remember that evolution according to Charles Darwin refers to the changes that species do at a biological level to survive. So, natural selection is the differentiation and reproduction of individuals, depending on their supremacy they can reproduce and perdure as a specie, if they can't they are going to extinguish.
