You have to find the equation of line by this:
y-y1=m(x-x1) replace your first point (0,4)=(x1,y1) and m=-1 from your problem
you get  y-4=-1(x-0)
              y= -x+4
For getting a,b,c and complete the table just replace the values of x indicated from the table into the formula y= -x+4
for x=2  y= -2+4 = 2
for x=4  y= -4+4= 0
for x=6  y= -6+4= -2
