all you have to do is since it is in the hundredths then i think all u have to do is make it 100 i am prob dumb but really all u have to do is use a calculator

18/ 0.18 = 100
If you want in a calculator you type in what on top and you get 100. But on paper that's kind of hard to explain. Sorry.
