3(9x-9)=16+3(-2x+9)
27x - 27 = 16 - 6x + 27
27x + 6x = 16 + 27 + 27
33x = 70
x = 70/33
x = 2 4/33

In short, Your Answer would be 70/33 or 2 4/33
