let the required no. be x then according to question (45/100)x = 86 x = 86(100/45) x = 8600/45 = 191.1 as according to ur options (a) will lead to correct answer .
2. for calculating what percentage of 26 is 4 follow these steps (4/26)100 = 400/26 = 15.38%
as according to options u have given none is correct. :(
3. for calculating what percentage of 250 is 70 follow these steps (70/250)100= 700/25 = 28%
as according to ur options (c) is correct.
4. for calculating that what no. is 65% of 80 follow these steps (65/100)80= 520/10= 52
therefore (b) is correct.
5. for calculating 48 is 30% of what no. follow these steps let the no. be x then according to question (30/100)x = 48 x = 48(100/30) x = 480/3 x = 120
now here I guess either ur options are wrong or u have misplaced the sign of percentage ...bcoz of ur question was 48 % of 30 is what no. then ur answer must be like (48/100)30 = 144/10 = 14.4 which is option (a)......so either ur question is wrong or ur options are wrong ....I have explained both ways rest is urs work. ;)
