F = m x a 

1143 - 909 = 234 N 

234 / 2200 = a = 0.106 m/s^2 

v^2 = u^2 + 2as since u^2 = zero we have v^2 = 2as 

2.8^2 = 7.84 
7.84/(2a) = s = 36.98 m
