\(8- \frac{1}{3}x=16\\ \\ -\frac{1}{3}x =16-8\\\\ -\frac{1}{3}x =8 \ \ /*(-3)\\ \\-\frac{1}{3}* (-3)x =8 *(-3)\\ \\x=-24\)
\(8-\frac{1}{3}x=16\ \ \ \ /\cdot3\\\\3\cdot8-3\cdot\frac{1}{3}x=3\cdot16\\\\24-x=48\ \ \ \ /-24\\\\24-24-x=48-24\\\\-x=24\\\\x=-24\)
