He means that for a person there is always, Always a better side and angle to maximize the attractiveness of the subject.
The same can also be said for a tree or a flower or a mountain.
If you look at a flower from one angle it might not be open as much, but move a few inches above/around it and it changes into something more beautiful. Lighting also helps. And there's nothing better than natural light!
