\(1)~3x-7-2x+5=6\iff (3x-2x)+(-7+5)=6\iff\\\\ x-2=6\iff x=6+2\iff\boxed{x=8}\\\\ 2)~A(x)=\dfrac{f(2)-f(-5)}{(2)-(-5)}=\dfrac{(2^2+7\cdot2+10)-((-5)^2+7\cdot(-5)+10)}{7}\\\\=\dfrac{(4+14+10)-(25-35+10)}{7}=\dfrac{28-0}{7}=\dfrac{28}{7}=4\iff\boxed{A(x)=4}\)
