How would you tell someone that you used to be disobedient?

a: Eras desobediente

b: Era desobediente

c: Soy desobediente

d: Es desobediente

Verified Answer :

Well, the first one would be D., since it has the particles to make the sentence "when they were younger", and the second one is B. because the particles in THAT sentence make it so that it's past tense. c:

1. Correct answer:

a: ¿Iba a la playa de niño?

Iba is the conjugation of the verb ir (to go) that matches the third person singular in the imperfect. We use the imperfect when talking about past actions, conditions, or events that occurred regularly or frequently or that were in progress in a moment in the past. The verb ir is irregular, so you must learn by heat its conjugations.

2. Correct answer:

a: Eras desobediente

Eras is the conjugation of the verb ser (to be) that matches the second person singular (tú - you) in the imperfect. The verb ser is being used here as characteristic, talking about a personality description of a person. On the other hand, desobediente is an adjective that means disobedient.
