no if you convert 2/5 to decimals then you will see that it is .40 which is less than .50 :)
The answer is No.The reason being is that in \(\frac{2}{5}\), if you divide 2 by 5, it is .4 Which is less than .5\(\frac{2}{5}\)<.5
