Spanish Missionary.

You can knock out the Frenchman and the Dutchman right away because Mexico was a colony of Spain. A conquistador, however, is a conqueror. It was the job of the Spanish missionaries to convert Native Americans to Catholicism.

Answer:

French missionary

Explanation:

They say you can catch more flies with honey, and it’s true. These friendly French missionaries worked with the Native Americans and coexisted peacefully. The French claimed the Mississippi River Valley, the Great Lakes region, and parts of Canada.
